Tata cara pelaksanaan praktikum Farmakologi dan Toksikologi Eksperimental II:
- Jadwal praktikum, file laporan sementara, buku petunjuk --> tersedia di eLOK
- Pengumpulan lap sementara, dan lap akhir --> unggah di eLOK
- Pretest dilakukan secara langsung (soal akan dibacakan asistensi dan praktikan menjawab pada certas yang sudah dibawa masing-masing praktikan)
- Praktikan diharap membuat name tag dan dipakai saat praktikum
- P3K, gloves, alat dan bahan praktikum disediakan lab.
- Pada saat praktikum, praktikan wajib memakai masker dan taat prokes
- Praktikan diwajibkan membuat rencana percobaan yang dituangkan dalam laporan sementara praktikum.
- Praktikan wajib datang 10 menit sebelum acara praktikum dimulai.
- Sebelum masuk laboratorium, praktikan sudah memakai jas lab, name tag, dan masker, membawa laptop/tablet/HP, buku petunjuk praktikum, kalkulator, alat tulis.
- Praktikan memasuki lab, sudah upload lap. sementara ke elok (maksimal 30 menit sebelum jam praktikum), presensi via simaster, dan mengerjakan pretest via elok (10 menit)
- Syarat mengikuti praktikum:
- memakai jas lab, masker, name tag
- nilai pretest minimal 5
- upload lap. sementara ke elok
- presensi via simaster
- Pada saat praktikum, praktikan dibimbing oleh 2 orang dosen, 2 orang laboran, dan 2 orang asisten
- Praktikan diwajibkan ijin kepada asisten jika akan meninggalkan lab (termasuk jika akan ke toilet atau istirahat)
- Acara praktikum:
- Pretest (10 menit)
- Pengumuman nilai minimal pretest
- Penjelasan singkat materi praktikum oleh dosen
- Pelaksanaan praktikum
- Pengisian data hasil praktikum pada lap. sementara dan acc asisten/dosen
- Lap. sementara lengkap WAJIB dilampirkan pada lap. akhir
- Lap. akhir disusun sesuai dengan format yang terdapat pada buku petunjuk praktikum
- Lap. akhir disusun per kelompok dan dikumpulkan via elok maksimal 1 hari sebelum hari pelaksanaan praktikum
Peraturan untuk Praktikan :
- Praktikan yang terlambat >15 menit, akan diijinkan untuk mengikuti acara praktikum* (dengan memberitahukan alasan keterlambatan)
- Setiap kali praktikum, akan diadakan pretest dan penjelasan singkat percobaan oleh pembimbing praktikum (dosen atau asisten) untuk masing-masing topik praktikum
- Praktikan dengan nilai pretest <50, akan diijinkan untuk mengikuti acara praktikum*
- Setiap golongan praktikum akan dibagi 4 kelompok. Setiap kelompok bertanggung jawab atas peralatan yang dipakai dan percobaan yang dilakukan. Dalam setiap percobaan, perlu ada pembagian tugas untuk semua anggota kelompok.
- Praktikan tidak boleh meninggalkan laboratorium selama praktikum berlangsung, kecuali dengan ijin dari pembimbing praktikum. Apabila diijinkan, hanya seorang praktikan dari suatu kelompok yang diperbolehkan meninggalkan laboratorium saat praktikum berlangsung
- Sebelum mulai percobaan, alat-alat yang diperlukan diperiksa kelengkapan, kebersihan dan kebenarannya
- Setiap ada kerusakan alat harus dilaporkan secepatnya
- Setelah praktikum selesai, tiap kelompok wajib membersihkan meja dan alat yang digunakan untuk praktikum
- Binatang percobaan harus diperlakukan dengan kasih sayang. Hal ini akan membantu praktikan dalam melakukan percobaan, dan mengurangi pengaruh yang tidak dikehendaki yang disebabkan karena ketakutan binatang dan variasi biologis lainnya
- Laporan akhir praktikum dibuat perkelompok dan harus diserahkan H-1 sebelum melakukan percobaan berikutnya
- Tidak diadakan praktikum ulang (inhal). Praktikan yang tidak mengikuti kegiatan praktikum sebanyak dua (2) kali atau lebih maka dinyatakan gagal dan nilai praktikum dianggap tidak ada, serta diwajibkan mengulang praktikum pada semester berikutnya
- Pada akhir praktikum akan diadakan responsi (OSCE-like) dan tidak diadakan responsi ulang
- Apabila berhalangan hadir praktikum karena:
- Sakit (surat keterangan dokter)
- Keluarga (ayah, ibu, adik, kakak) meninggal (surat ijin orang tua)
- Melaksanakan tugas dari fakultas/universitas (surat tugas) (diupload di eLOK) dan dikirim ke koordinator praktikum
- Tata cara berpakaian:
- memakai pakaian berbahan katun (kemeja), tidak transparan, tidak ketat,
- rok bawah lutut,
- celana panjang (bukan celana ½ panjang), no jeans belel, no celana training, no legging,
- no kaos, no tank top, no atasan mini, terlihat pusar dan perut.
Laporan Akhir Praktikum
- Kebersihan
- Setelah selesai melakukan percobaan, bersihkan dan keringkan alat-alat, cuci wadah binatang dan kembalikan ketempat semula, kertas-kertas atau benda-benda lain yang tidak berguna di masukkan ke dalam keranjang sampah dan tinggalkan laboratorium dalam keadan bersih, rapi seperti pada waktu saudara memasukinya. Dalam beberapa hal mungkin perlu pembersihan dengan desinfektan. Sampah biologis seperti sisa jaringan, sampel darah, atau hewan mati, perlu dibungkus plastik untuk selanjutnya diinsinerasi (diabukan) oleh Fakultas.

- Pengamatan dan Pengambilan
Laporan Akhir Praktikum:
- Laporan akhir Praktikum Farmakologi Eksperimental II dibuat oleh tiap kelompok dengan kriteria penilaian kemampuan kelompok dalam menganalisis data percobaan secara sistematik beserta analisis statistika, pembahasan masalah dari data yang diperoleh, dan kerapian laporan secara keseluruhan
- Masing-masing mahasiswa harus mengunggah Laporan Akhir yang telah dibuat secara kelompok
- Laporan diketik dengan jarak 1,5 spasi, font Times New Roman 12, menggunakan kertas A4 ataupun F4.
- Apabila terdapat kesamaan (plagiarisme) terhadap isi lap. akhir maka akan diberi sangsi dengan hangusnya nilai lap. akhir.
Penilaian praktikum :
- Kuliah pengantar kerja laboratorium dan asistensi (10%) --> hadir nilai 100, tidak hadir nilai 0
- Praktikum (60%) :
- Laporan sementara (10%) --> nilai 40-100 (kelipatan 5)
- Pretest (20%) --> nilai 0-100 (kelipatan 5)
- Kerja/aktivitas di laboratorium (40%) --> nilai 40-100 (kelipatan 5)
- Laporan akhir (30%) --> nilai 40-100 (kelipatan 5)
- Responsi (30%) --> sistem OSCE-like (5 station, per station ±10 menit)
- Beberapa catatan penting :
- Praktikan yang tidak membawa perlengkapan lengkap (jas lab, name tag, msker, lap.sementara) --> nilai praktikum dikurangi 50%
- Praktikan yang terlambat lebih dari 15 menit (tanpa alasan yang jelas) --> tidak mendapatkan nilai pretest dan tidak diijinkan mengikuti praktikum
- Bila belum membuat laporan sementara --> tetap wajib untuk membuat --> nilai laporan sementara 0
- Praktikan dengan nilai pretest <50 --> tidak mendapat nilai aktivitas & laporan praktikum

Procedures for implementing Experimental Pharmacology and Toxicology II practicum:
1. Practicum schedule, interim report files, manual --> available in eLOK
2. Collection of temporary laps, and final laps --> upload to eLOK
3. The pretest is carried out directly (the questions will be read by the assistant and the practitioner answers on the paper that each practitioner has brought)
4. Practitioners are expected to make a name tag and use it during practicum
5. First aid, gloves, tools and practicum materials are provided by the lab.
6. During the practicum, the practitioner must wear a mask and comply with the health protocol
7. Practitioners are required to make a trial plan as outlined in the practicum interim report.
8. Practitioners must come 10 minutes before the practicum program begins.
9. Before entering the laboratory, the practitioner must wear a lab coat, name tag, and mask, bring a laptop/tablet/mobile phone, practicum manual, calculator, writing instruments.
10. Practitioners enter the lab, have uploaded temporary reports to elok (maximum 30 minutes before practicum hours), attendance via simaster, and do the pretest via elok (10 minutes)
11. Requirements for following the practicum:
o wear a lab coat, mask, name tag
o Pretest score of at least 5
o upload interim reports to elok
o presence via simaster
12. During the practicum, the practitioner is guided by 2 lecturers, 2 laboratory assistants, and 2 assistants
13. Practitioners are required to get permission from the assistant if they are going to leave the lab (including going to the toilet or taking a break)
14. Practicum events:
o Pretest (10 minutes)
o Announcement of the minimum pretest score
o A brief explanation of practicum material by the lecturer
o Practicum implementation
o Fill in practicum result data in interim reports and ask acc to assistant/lecturer
o The complete interim report MUST be attached to the final report
15. The final report is prepared according to the format contained in the practicum manual
16. Final reports are prepared per group and submitted via elok a maximum of 1 day before the practicum day
Rules for Practice:
1. Practitioners who are >15 minutes late, will be permitted to take part in the practicum program* (by notifying the reason for the delay)
2. Every practicum, a pretest and a brief explanation of the experiment will be held by the practicum supervisor (lecturer or assistant) for each practicum topic
3. Practice with a pretest score of <50, will be allowed to take part in the practicum*
4. Each practicum group will be divided into 4 groups. Each group is responsible for the equipment used and the experiments carried out. In each experiment, there needs to be a division of tasks for all group members.
5. Practitioners may not leave the laboratory during the practicum, except with permission from the practicum supervisor. If permitted, only one practitioner from a group is allowed to leave the laboratory during the practicum
6. Before starting the experiment, the necessary tools are checked for completeness, cleanliness and correctness
7. Any damage to the equipment must be reported as soon as possible
8. After the practicum is finished, each group must clean the table and the tools used for the practicum
9. Experimental animals must be treated with affection. This will assist the practitioner in carrying out the experiment, and reduce unwanted effects caused by animal fear and other biological variations
10. The final practicum report is made in groups and must be submitted H-1 before carrying out the next experiment
11. Re-practice (inhal) is not held. Practitioners who do not take part in practicum activities two (2) times or more will be declared failed and practicum scores are considered non-existent, and are required to repeat the practicum in the following semester
12. At the end of the practicum there will be a response (OSCE-like) and no repeat response will be held
13. If unable to attend practicum due to:
o Illness (doctor's certificate)
o Family (father, mother, sister, brother) died (parental permission letter)
o Carry out assignments from the faculty/university (assignment letter) (uploaded on eLOK) and sent to the practicum coordinator
14. Dress code:
o wear clothes made of cotton (shirts), not transparent, not tight,
or skirts below the knee,
o trousers (not half length pants), no faded jeans, no training pants, no leggings,
o Practitioners are prohibited from wearing: t-shirts, tank tops, mini tops, navel and stomach visible.
Practicum Final Report
1. Cleanliness
o After completing the experiment, clean and dry the tools, wash the animal containers and return them to their original place, put papers or other objects that are not useful in the wastebasket and leave the laboratory in a clean, neat condition as when you enter it. In some cases it may be necessary to clean with a disinfectant. Biological waste, such as tissue remains, blood samples, or dead animals, needs to be wrapped in plastic for further incineration (incineration) by the Faculty.
2. Accuracy
o Accuracy in weighing
o Accuracy in determining kinship when given, life span of test animals, and equivalence in time with humans
o Accuracy in calculating the volume of drug administration
o Accurate way of administration and duration of drug administration
o Accuracy in calculating the dose of drug to be administered
o Accuracy in measuring the volume of solutions, suspensions or other drug preparations to be administered
3. Observation and Retrieval
o Experiments will give good results if observations are made properly, precisely, and thoroughly.
o Thorough: any changes and certain signs that occur must be noted immediately.
o Precise: every observation or data collection is carried out at the right time and parameters
o Appropriate: each observation or data collection is carried out on a sample with a sufficient number or volume
Practicum Final Report:
1. The final report of Experimental Pharmacology II is made by each group with the criteria for assessing the group's ability to analyze experimental data systematically along with statistical analysis, discussion of problems from the data obtained, and the overall neatness of the report
2. Each student must upload the Final Report that has been made in groups
3. Type the report with 1.5 space spacing, Times New Roman 12 font, using A4 or F4 paper.
4. If there are similarities (plagiarism) to the contents of the final report, sanctions will be given to the forfeited value of the final report.
Practicum assessment:
1. Introductory lecture on laboratory work and assistance (10%) -> has a value of 100, does not have a value of 0
2. Practicum (60%) :
o Provisional report (10%) --> value 40-100 (multiple of 5)
o Pretest (20%) --> value 0-100 (multiple of 5)
o Work/activities in the laboratory (40%) --> value 40-100 (multiple of 5)
o Final report (30%) --> value 40-100 (multiple of 5)
3. Response (30%) --> OSCE-like system (5 stations, per station ±10 minutes)
4. Some important notes:
o Practitioners who do not bring complete equipment (lab coat, name tag, mask, temporary report) --> practicum value is reduced by 50%
o Practitioners who are late for more than 15 minutes (without a clear reason) -> do not get pretest scores and are not allowed to take practicum
o If you haven't made a temporary report yet --> still have to make it --> the value of a temporary report is 0
o Practitioners with pretest scores <50 --> do not get activity scores & practicum reports
