This course is designed to discuss various issues related to the management of people behavior in the workplace, which includes the fields of human resource management (HRM) and organizational behavior (OB). The focus of the course is the discussion of various concepts, theories, and studies in these two fields. Various areas of discussion were chosen to provide an understanding of the structure and function of human behavior in the organization cycle and the HRM systems, practices, and policies that are important in managing people.

Metode Penelitian Bisnis Lanjutan (Kualitatif) Magister Sains & Doktor

Matakuliah ini dirancang untuk melengkapi mahasiswa dengan pengetahuan metodologis dan empiris dalam riset kualitatif. Latar belakang filosofis, beberapa metoda dan mekanisme evaluasi riset kualitatif akan menjadi bahasan utama. Mahasiswa juga akan diberikan kesempatan untuk mengeksplorasi metoda kualitatif yang relevan dengan minat dan topik tesis masing-masing.


Seminar Manajemen Sumberdaya Manusia-Magister Sains

Matakuliah ini membahas berbagai riset empiris kekinian dan teoritis terkait manajemen sumberdaya manusia (MSDM). Bidang pembahasan meliputi riset dan praktik MSDM kekinian, yaitu strategik MSDM, reposisi MSDM, MSDM berwawasan lingkungan, inklusi dan keragaman, digital MSDM serta manajemen talenta. Pada hakikatnya, MSDM juga bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa semua elemen organisasi dapat secara solid dan mengarah pada pencapaian sasaran dan keunggulan kompetitif organisasi. Topik-topik ini diharapkan dapat menstimulasi dan membantu mahasiswa dalam memilih minat dan isu untuk penyusunan proposal tesis.

This course discusses fundamentals of finance especially the financial management of business corporations.  Typically, financial managers have to make three types of decision: investment, financing, and day to day (operational) decisions. We will discuss these decisions. Finance managers have to understand basic concepts in finance. Thus finance managers have to understand concept of time value of money, risk and return, efficient market, option, and other basic concept in finance. Finally, we will discuss more specific finance issues such as international finance, bankruptcy and reorganization, derivatives and risk management. We will read also some relevant articles on finance.

The recognition of consumer diversity necessitates a deeper study of consumer behavior to provide fundamental insights that underpin successful business decisions. In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics are transforming how businesses analyze, predict, and respond to consumer preferences.

The integration of AI-driven analytics enables more precise segmentation, targeting, and positioning, while robotics enhances customer interactions, logistics, and service automation. This course will delve into consumer behavior, covering topics such as the general consumer profile, the consumer decision-making process, individual consumer profiles, and environmental influences on consumers.

Additionally, it will explore how AI and robotics are revolutionizing consumer engagement, from personalized recommendations powered by machine learning to autonomous customer service agents. After completing this course, students are expected to possess advanced skills in analyzing consumer behavior and leveraging AI-driven insights to optimize business strategies.
