Health economics is a branch of economics that studies the allocation of resources in health sector. In the Master Program of Public Health’s curriculum, this is a general basic course mandatory to the students taking the Master Program in Public Health. The course is delivered in 12 meetings in one semester, as the adjustment has been done due to change in the university academic schedule. A team of lecturers with background in economic, public health and medical  sciences will be responsible for the delivery of the course.
