This course is designed to equip students with the English language skills needed in the workplace, particularly in the context of medical records and health information management. Students will develop their skills in writing resumes and cover letters, conducting professional communication via email and telephone, interacting with patients, working in teams, and understanding and using medical terminology in relevant contexts. In addition, students will also be trained to face job interviews and various work situations through simulations and case studies.
