Citizenship education is designed as a subject of study that can develop the student’s capability to be a citizen who has national spirit, national integrity, deep love to the homeland, democratic and responsibility based onPancasila values, 1945 Constitution, and also spirit Indonesian unity.

The design of this learning is based on the scientific approach that promotes scientific tools of analysis as follows: observation, enquiry, information collection and process, and result communication.

It is expected that through the scientific process, the students have high creative ability as a preparation for their later life.
