The course of Ocean Climatology introduces physical characteristics of the atmosphere; energy and heat budgets; dynamics of atmosphere and monsoon; El Niño-Southern Oscillation (ENSO); Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD); and climate’s local wisdom (pranata mangsa). Furthermore, the effect of climate variability on the oceans would be described in this course.
