Conflict of Laws

The course of Conflict of Laws (COL) is an obligatory course.  The course is delivered in fifth semester.  Before being admitted to take COL, the students must have passed International Law and Business Law as the prerequisite course.    The relevancy of COL with the International Law arises when there are international agreements regulating the settlement of legal cases which are related to foreign elements within certain country.

Hence, the students are expected to have the ability to clearly and firmly distinguish the scope of the matters between the international law matters and the Private International Law matters.
