Reward System
The course will focus on the critical issues related to the strategic
management of the organization’s compensation and benefit system. Topic
discussed will include the component
and strategic analysis of the compensation system. This course also provides a
comprehensive overview of compensation management strategies. Relevant models
of compensation are discussed issues of executive compensation and other
rewards and incentive to organizational strategies. Techniques and areas
explored will include: job analysis, job evaluation, internal work structure,
pay structure, and incentive programs.
