Topic discussed will include the component and strategic analysis of the compensation system. This course also provides a comprehensive overview of compensation management strategies. Relevant models of compensation are discussed issues of executive compensation and other rewards and incentive to organizational strategies. Techniques and areas explored will include: job analysis, job evaluation, internal work structure, pay structure, and incentive programs.
