Training & Development IUP Even 24/25

This course provides an in-depth understanding of the training and human resource development process within organizational settings. It explores the fundamental principles, functions, and strategic importance of training and development in managing human capital. The course integrates theoretical knowledge with practical applications to prepare students for real-world challenges in organizational learning and employee development.

Through interactive learning methods such as lectures, case discussions, video analysis, and role-playing, students will engage in hands-on experiences to design and deliver training programs. A key component of this course is the creation of a comprehensive training module, covering the entire process from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to training evaluation. Students will actively participate in simulated training sessions, receiving feedback from instructors and peers to refine their facilitation skills.

Additionally, this course incorporates global perspectives by examining training practices across different industries and cultures. Students will explore contemporary trends in workplace learning, including digital learning, gamification, and AI-driven training programs. By the end of the course, students will develop essential competencies in designing, implementing, and evaluating effective training interventions, preparing them for careers in human resource development and organizational psychology
