Recruitment and Selection 2025
This course aims to equip students with fundamental knowledge and skills in the recruitment and selection process of prospective employees in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. The course focuses on the psychological perspective in conducting recruitment and selection processes. A behavioral science approach will provide a unique dimension in attracting candidates and in the selection process to ensure alignment between job specifications and personal qualifications. These processes are not only based on technical aspects but also grounded in theoretical concepts, including professional ethics.
