Business competition just getting harder and highly dynamic. The industrial revolution 4.0 and the development of information technology cause the business landscape change rapidly. The CEO faces such fragile and huge challenges that they might never face before. The strategic issues such as climate change, environment, sustainability and governance as well as efficiency force any business actors to continuously find new solutions and approaches. IOT becomes new platform and could be used as powerful weapon to outperform the competitors. Thus, students need to prepare themselves for thus challenging environment and at the same time enhance their soft skill needed.

 This course aims at introducing and discussing broad aspects of fundamental business concepts in global context. Lectures will embrace all business facets that are of importance, such as business and economic systems, the forms of business, business environment, international business, operational aspects, business organization and management, organizational behavior and design, managerial functions typically embedding in organizations (profit oriented) such as financial management, human resources management, operation management, and management information system.
