PPPNP Blok 3 - Customer Journey and Omni Channel

Customer Value Discovery, Creation and Discovery course (CVDCD) is an integrative course which synthesizes three learning aspects: discovery, creation and delivery of customer value. The Discovery of Customer Value section discusses the process of discovering the best customer value. The Creation of Customer Value section discusses the process of concept development, marketing strategy development, business analysis and testing. The Delivery of Customer Value section discusses the process of facilitating the consumer decision-making process in terms of marketing channels and communication. With ‘customer value’ at its core, the CVDCD course is designed to provide an experiential learning opportunity for students to think and execute as creative and innovative marketers.

 

Block 3 of Customer journey and omni channels is designed to equip students with theoretical foundation, strategies and to tools to understand a concept of customer journey from the initial awareness of product and service to the final decision of making a purchase and a concept of omni channels which refers to a customer-centric approach that integrates various channels and touchpoints to provide a seamless and consistent experience across multiple platforms. Beside, understanding the concept, students are facilitated to design and deliver an innovative customer journey and omni channels.
