Students in the Undergraduate Study Program Department of Management FEB UGM are among the top candidates who have successfully competed with hundreds, if not thousands, for the opportunity to study at this esteemed faculty. Throughout their journey to becoming leaders, they often encounter various challenges, both academic and non-academic, which can impact their performance during their studies. This course offers a valuable opportunity for students to deepen their self-awareness, understand their environment better, and enhance their leadership potential, enabling them to apply these skills as a valuable asset in their surroundings.

By participating in this course, students are expected to refine their self-leadership skills to excel in their studies at FEB UGM and prepare themselves for future leadership roles by learning from company leaders and actively engaging in solving real-world cases presented by these leaders.
