Students of the Undergraduate Study Program Department of Management FEB UGM are selected leaders who have successfully competed with hundreds or even thousands of people for the opportunity to study in this faculty. In the journey of forming themselves into a leader, students are often faced with various problems, both academic and non-academic so that their performance during the lecture period becomes less than optimal. This course is designed as a great opportunity for students to increase their understanding of themselves and their environment, as well as develop their leadership potential to be able to apply it as an added value to their environment.
