Kromatografi (Chromatography) 2023/2024

Kuliah ini membicarakan ruang lingkup teknik pemisahan senyawa berdasarkan perbedaan kecepatan migrasi senyawa yang dibawa fase gerak menelusuri fase diam. Pada kuliah ini, akan dipelajari mekanisme pemisahan secara adsorpsi, partisi, eksklusi, penukar ion dan afinitas.  Akan dibicarakan pula beberapa terminologi meliputi teori plat, teori kecepatan, resolusi, pelebaran pita dan evaluasi kromatogram, serta prinsip-prinsip dasar, instrumentasi dan aplikasi metode-metode kromatografi untuk analisis kualitatif (identifikasi) dan analisis kuantitatif yang berkaitan dengan penjaminan mutu obat. Metode-metode yang dibahas meliputi kromatografi lapis tipis, kromatografi kolom, kromatografi gas, kromatografi cair kinerja tinggi, elektroforesis dan elektroforesis kapiler (This lecture discusses compound separation techniques based on differences in the migration rates of compounds carried by the mobile phase through the stationary phase. In this lecture, separation mechanisms include adsorption, partition, exclusion, ion exchange and affinity will be studied . Some terminology will also be discussed including plate theory, velocity theory, resolution, band widening and chromatogram evaluation, as well as basic principles, instrumentation and application of chromatographic methods for qualitative analysis (identification) and quantitative analysis related to drug quality assurance. The methods discussed include thin layer chromatography, column chromatography, gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, electrophoresis and capillary electrophoresis)
