Welcome to the Data Analytics for Planetary Health track! This track is based on sessions from several MPH courses at Universitas Gadjah Mada, including:
- Methods for Collecting and Analyzing Environmental Data
- Vector Control
- Environment and Climate Changes
This track focuses on the analytical aspects of these courses and is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to harness the power of data analytics to address the complex challenges at the intersection of human health and environmental sustainability.
In this track, you will explore how data from various sources—such as health records, environmental sensors, and satellite imagery—can be integrated and analyzed to gain insights into the health of our planet and its inhabitants. You will learn to use advanced analytical techniques, including visualization and statistical methods, to identify patterns, predict outcomes, and inform decision-making.
