This course will introduce the students to the essentials, principle, setting up and evaluating public health surveillance covers communicable, non-communicable disease surveillance. This course also cover risk factors surveillance include vector surveillance and it used for preventing and measuring burden of public health occurrence. Development of public health surveillance within centuries will be also discussed during the course. Students will be guided to explore systems and processes that support surveillance activities through combination of lectures, case studies and class discussion.
