Chemical Engineering Department provides education to develop the knowledge and skills of chemical engineers. Chemical engineers apply the principles of chemistry, biology, physics, and mathematics to solve problems that involve the production or use of chemicals, fuel, drugs, food, and many other products. In the context of chemical engineering, the aforementioned basic sciences translate into the essential tools, i.e. mass balance, heat balance, rate processes, equilibrium, economics, and humanity.
